Cap and Trade in Canada

Ontario and Quebec recently announced that they are planning to install cap and trade in these two provinces. Besides the fact that it doesn't work, adopting this kind of legislation is a great symbolic gesture. What's really needed is a carbon tax. Read the news at the Globe and Mail.
